Exploravision - Get together with 3 or 4 other students and design an invention of the future. Scofield students have won honorable mention in the past, and I think this year's class can go for the gold! This will be due to me no later than January 15 - and I will be available for mentoring help throughout the fall.
EarthWatch - I participated in a research experience Climate Change at the Arctic's Edge, at the end of September. Dr. Peter Kershaw and Steven Mamet are studying changes in permafrost in Churchill, Manitoba. Here is the link to my blog
